Refund Policy

If you purchased DiskCleanKit directly from our website (diskcleankit.com), you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

• No Lemon Squeezy account required — reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email to request a refund
• Or use the 'Manage subscription' link in that email, or contact us at mitsoftwarelab@gmail.com

Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and handles all standalone payments and refunds; card payments are processed by Stripe

If you purchased DiskCleanKit through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

• 14-Day Trial: We offer a 14-day trial so you can evaluate all premium features before purchasing.
• Refund Requests: All App Store refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
• How to Request: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
• Processing: Refunds are handled by Apple and may take 5-7 business days.

We encourage users to take advantage of the trial period to fully evaluate the App before making a purchase decision.

• Payment Provider: Standalone purchases from diskcleankit.com are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Receipts & Invoices: Your receipt and any VAT/tax invoice are emailed by Lemon Squeezy immediately after purchase. You can re-download them anytime from the customer portal linked in that email.
• Manage Subscription: Use the 'Manage subscription' link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email to update your payment method, view billing history, or cancel — no account required.
• Failed or Duplicate Charges: If you see a failed, pending, or duplicate charge, contact us and we'll resolve it together with Lemon Squeezy.
• License & Activation: If your license key or activation isn't working, email us with your order email address and we'll help right away.
